This house has its own water well - its a very big well bearing as much as 21 gallons per mi. of water.  it is only 100 feet deep and the static level is at about 31 feet and is constant pretty much throughout the year.  Septic tank is located on opposite side of the house from the well giving good separation of septic and well. The house is totally electric.   baseboard heaters furnish ample heat for comfortable living quarters. carvings on the doorways and the doors themselves are made by Robram and will stay with the house.
